The drama blog layout is still at works.

As we have said before, those without script have to print their own copies by themselves. As I come to realise, scanning 16 pages of words is not that simple.

Thus, I have reprinted 10 more pieces of script. This would be the last set that would be reprinted. I hope most of you already have your scripts.

If there is any questions regarding the production, please ask Shan Xian who holds the role of both the Stage Manager and Student Director. Rehearsal dates and timing have not yet been finalised by the teachers but if there are questions you may approach Sarah.

I have taken note that most of the anouncements have not been posted. The commitee members would try to ensure that such cases like this would not happen again as we would like all members to be informed of all anouncements made.

Eventhough anouncements are not posted up here, I hope all would know about what is happening in drama as anouncements that are important would have been told during sessions or relayed via respectives leaders.

Hi guys. This is the ex-chairman.

I missed you guys already. I don't know what am i going to do without drama. It's like another part of my life.

4 years. It's been a lot. A lot of crying. A lot of scoldings. A lot of hard work. And a lot of friends.
I know that i will leave you guys.
But i thought i was prepared. I was even wanting to leave.
But now, i don't wanna leave. I just want to stay in the club. Do all the drama activities with you guys. I don't want my wednesdays and fridays to be spent doing other things. I want to spend it with you guys.

But i guess its too late now isn't it?

You guys were awesome. Yes, it's true that you guys are hard to control. Your noise volume i mean. But i know all of you meant no harm. Just talkative. But i appreciate the fact that you all even take the effort to listen to me. Remember the times we spent during SYF? Till late at night? And we got the scoldings together from Miss Zee, Miss Nora and Mrs Jacob? That was scary. But we went through it all. Remember all the games we had during drama sessions? I love playing impromptu. Because i laughed the most during this game. Remember the time we had the Chinese New Year skit? It was horrible. But we managed to changed it into something better. Remember our instructors? Sharon? Elni? Jacqueline? Miss Ross? Rosie? They were all fantastic. Remember the things i don't remember? You better do. Because i have one of the worst memories on earth.

You guys are wonderful.

Don't bully your new chairman yeah? He's new. Give him sometime to adjust to the new environment. I know he can do it. Have faith in him people.

I don't know what else more can i say.
I just wanna thank each and every one of you. Without any of you, drama is not complete. I love all of you. And i'm not lying. We are a club. We work as one. We cry as one. We strive as one. We don't leave any of the members behind. Like how people in a family don't leave their family members behind. We're a family. There will be fights. There will be conflicts. But Drama will not go down. We will improve as we learn from our mistakes. Make the club survive no matter what people. We are a whole.

Our dear chairman is going to be attend the session after her camp ends.

Try your best to behave during this sessions.

As most of you know, Hong Ping has been sick for almost a month now and she is still religiously dedicating her time and effort to leading the club.

Find a soft spot in that heart of yours and please behave. I wish to not see her becoming much sicker than she already is trying to control us.

Sec ones are coming in tmr. Don't scare them.

I am not so sure about the scripts and rehearsals of the CNY.

Drama chalet will be on the 16th, 17th and 18th of November!
It will be a Costal Sands Pasir Ris.

I know that we discussed on the other day that the location for drama chalet has been changed from Changi to East coast. But, there is a possibility that it is going to be changed back to changi. The thing is that in east coast, we can't make much noise. =.= which may be kind of boring. And, lights of at 11pm.

As you know, drama is in a very tight budget. So, there is also a possibility that the shirt may be changed from polo to normal tshirts. Am not quite sure on this but, this may be a good thing.

Btw. The seniors and alumni are trying hard to help us with the chalet and shirts. :D

All the things written are currently not confirmed. Updates will be given on this coming friday. :)

And about the drama tee, it's finally going to be sent to the shop!
We, the commitee will go to the shop on next Tuesday.
Then, we will give the design and hopefully by the next few weeks,
we will finally get the drama tee.
And we can show off our awesome shirt to the other CCAs :)

For those who wanted to go to the H is for Hantu play,
I'm so sorry to say this but it is cancelled for us.
The information given to us is wrong.
Instead of the amount that we have to pay which is $7.50, it's $30.
But there will still be a student discount which is $15.
For those who wants to go alone, you still can go.

Venue: 1 Sarkies Road, beside Newton MRT Station
Date: 22 August
Time: 3pm
Duration: approximately 2 hours

And about some drama matters,
before you go in the drama room for CCA,
please stack your shoes nicely on the cupboard on inside it.
Like Mrs Jacob said, we don't want you to lose your shoes.
Apparently, some other CCAs love to kick our shoes about :)
And please give your letters to your respective level coordinators.
Don't expect them to come after you.
It's your responsibilities to give them the day after you were absent.

The drama tee will soon be completed.

I know that I am supposed to tell you guys about the trip to Bideas for drama tee.

BBuutt, after going through their website, I found out that they would NOT be open on the Saturdays. So, I guess we have to scrap the plan of going there. Anndd, I have sent our President a copy of the different shades of purple and either she or I would try to show you guys the copy of it on Friday. Since the company would only be available on the weekdays, we have no choice but to contact them and sent them via fax or email. I would try to elaborate on this the next session. Sorry you guys. I know it is kind of tedious.

And we are definately using Sabrina's design.
The design will be on the back.
And the "Envisage D" will be on the sleeves.

About the shade of the dark purple?
Don't worry. The commitee will go to the shop on Saturday,
and then we will bring a copy of all the shades of purple to all of you.
Then we will decide and finally the drama tee can be send to the shop to be printed.

And let me remind all of you again,
Please come 15 minutes earlier for drama to move the tables and chairs away.
Please wear your pe attire during CCA times unless you have a valid reason.
If you are not coming for drama, please inform your level coordinators.
If you do not do so, the teachers-in-charge will call you.
If you don't pick up, they will have to call your parents.
And please bring your drama book every drama session.

As for the commitee, please finish up the questions given by Mrs Jacob.
Send it to Hema through email or in person.
The minimum words is 75.
It can be in point form or sentences.

Goodbye Cckssdrama! Hello to Envisage D!

Finally we have decided on the new drama club's name.
I want to thank everyone on working together,
even though we have a few conflicts and misunderstandings.

So, about the drama tee.
We have finally decided on the colour and the type of shirt for the drama tee.
The drama tee would be dark purple.
And it will be a polo tee and NOT jersey.
We have discussed this and will not change the decision.
The colour of the words will be white.
Sabrina's design of the two men will be in white also.
That design will be at the back of the shirt.

The font type of the words on the shirt will be decided by us, the commitee.
Either on Saturday or Sunday, we will go to the shop and take a look at the fonts.
By the next drama session, we will give you the list of the type of fonts.
Then, all of you will vote and the font which has the highest amount of votes will be chosen.

As most of you know, we have a new drama instructor, Ms Ross.
I am just here to remind you guys to bring your drama books and P.E. attire.
The designs for the drama tee had not been finalized yet because we need response from all of you to tell us what you want. But, we can't accommodate every single of your ideas of course. Post your ideas on the chat-box.

colours( it is possible that the colours chosen would also be used for the upcoming new blog skin, which is not yet on the works)

Hey everyone.

I guess this would be last post here.
Its time to step down for Sec 4s and time to step up for Sec 3s.

Here are somethings I would want to say before I leave.

Thanks for the gold that you guys truly deserved.
Thank you for all the opportunities provided, dearest teachers.

Be it good or bad memories, the memories I have of drama will always be etched in my mind.
I won't forget all of you, definitely.
You guys made my last year in CCKS fruitful by garnering the GOLD.

I may have been your worst nightmares on every CCA day.
I could have been your most hated person in the club.

Well to me, I didn't quite care.
But I hope that your hatred for drama and the bad respect ends with me.
I hope that when the new committee starts work, it is a fresh new club.
Remember, we are now a GOLD club.
We cannot have the same attitude we used to have.
People are looking out for us now, and even looking up to us.
We are like the ones putting the standard for the performing arts.
In fact we are.
